If you are a UK taxpayer, the value of your gift can be increased by 25% under the Gift Aid scheme at no extra cost to you. By agreeing to the Gift Aid statement below we can reclaim the tax paid on the donations you make to us. To be eligible for Gift Aid the amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax you pay in each tax year, must be at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities and CASC’s will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year.

I want The Otterhead Estate Trust to treat all gifts of money I make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise as Gift Aid donations. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less income tax and/or capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
